During the multi-step finishing process, the wood is distressed using wire brushing, clefts, rasping, threading and rub throughs to achieve an upscale, vintage look. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
A creamy off-white stain is enhanced with brown and gray burnishing to highlight the moldings; drawer faces and hand distressing. The rustic brown finish top completes the antique, old world charm look.
Softly arched molding frame the easy care, 100% polyester button tufted upholstered headboard. Picture frame drawer fronts, bracket feet, detailed crown molding aprons and chamfered panel appliques are accented by antique gold drop ball drawer pulls.
Drawers feature ball bearing glides for smooth, easy open performance.
All drawers on sanded and sealed, and top drawers in the dresser, chest and nightstand are lined with felt to protect delicates, watches, jewelry and glasses. The bottom drawers of the dresser and chest are cedar lined for sweater storage. The Headboard has a built in USB port on each side for convenient device charging.
Drawers are assembled using four corner English dovetail joinery, creating a strong and durable piece of furniture.
